My apologies for not writing much as of late. With the exception of birthday party excusions, I've been stuck in work-land getting ready for my show (just over a week!) Hopefully when you log on next week and find 20 some-odd new paintings to look at you'll think the lack of posting was worth it.

As a weekend note: for the first time ever, Google Maps mislead me regarding a birthday party, and yesterday afternoon saw a surprise trip to Compton. We weren't there very long, and soon we found the party across town.
