[the best kind of gibberish] ^{03:17 PM}

New music from Sigur Rós and Kent makes me happy. Sure one is in Swedish and the other is in a mixture of Icelandic and a fictional Hopelandic language, but that's what brings such epic charm (and I do mean epic). What makes me even happier are my tickets to see Sigur Rós at the Hollywood Bowl in October. Very happy indeed.

I think if one downloads the new Rós single "Saeglópur" off itunes, one is to be pleasantly surprised by the rocking guitars and power piano that kick in 1:55, making the song pure ecstacy.

OMG Kent? Where did you get that? Please dont say sweden. I bought Isola when it came out and have been very tempted to get Hagenesta Hill on iTunes...

Hagenesta Hill is amazing, "Quite Heart" being esp. heartbreaking to earth shattering degrees, but you'll find that my Kent did indeed come imported from sweden...

Kyle! THis last three weeks I'vebeen thinking about ho wit owuld be nice if there were somesort of wacky device that would attach to your i-pod and broadcast its library in text format while simultaneously searching others ina given vicinity and then give off a buzz if its finds a match.

But today I realized all it would confirm was that you and I were separated at birth or, at the very least, that I am in some mild state of petualant *like* with you.
