[summer roadshow sidebar: pop culture] ^{12:35 PM}

After 3 weeks I find a comic book store and buy only 8 books. All of them are very pretty, but each has horrible writing. I can't wait for Mike Carey to leave X-Men, and Amazons Attack is such a ridiculous misfire I don't know whether or not to just keep buying it for Pete Woods' art and ignore those pesky word balloons.
