If one were to buy a greeting card with this image on it, which would you prefer? The painted collage on the left, or the more graphic digitally assembled image on the right?

The dark bats are lost on the left. Red bats stand out on the right. B&W coloring at the right contrasting with the red is better.

not to even the score or anything, but i prefer the one on the left...both are nice, but i would buy the one on the left...

I prefer the one on the left as an image. But, as a greeting card, definitely the one on the right. It reads better. The red bats really pop and the boy contrasts better with the background giving you a more immediate impression of what is going on.

I like the one on the left because the colors are nicer. I'm a sucker for purdy colors!

i like how you have to really look for the bats on the left, its like a surprise or an i-spy pic, while the right is just to ... blah ...
