So my dear friend Jason the Wounded Pedestrian is having surgery on his shoulder. It's very sad, but will be very good once it's healed, and he graciously asked me to fill in for him at work.

It's something of a dream job, and my new ability to power-nerd-name-drop would make an indie Oprah jealous.

Some new paintings may prove to be forthcoming in the following days, we shall see. I'm new at this 9 to 5 thing.

I had a dream last night that you were in Ireland. All I kept thinking was "But who's covering for Jason in the booth???"
