I can't be the only one who sees this.

*eyes open* this is how it begins?

Oh god, that's revolting to look at.

I knew there was a reason I felt so compelled to vote against him.

ugh...i never noticed this before but the President is covered in liver spots.

foul.

I never realized how closely-set Bush's eyes were... that'd explain why he can't see that far beyond himself.

The dude on the left (I don't know his name... I don't follow Idol that closely) looks like he's mooing.

You know, We are "ONE nation under God, INDIVISIBLE" and if you believe in that pledge, then the least we can do is to at least respect the President of the United States. I'm sorry if this gets under people's skin, but that's just how it goes.

Doesn't mean much to me: I'm a Canadian. :)

I hate to make Kyle's comment page a forum, but Autumn, I suggest you take a look at this country that by and large perpetuates marginalization of classes, minorities, religions, and "alternate" sexualities to name a few. A country that is run by an ever-increasing group of rich, greedy white men using religion as their banner and justification. A country that at the same time, boasts supremacy over those that our leaders do not and will not take the time to understand. We may never break apart as a country, and I pray to the God that we're under that we don't, but if we can't divide from the norm and point out the blatant ignorance displayed by our leadership (be it comedically or seriously), then we have much greater problems than remembering the pledge.

I actually try not to look at either of them when they are performing.

JP, I agree with you on all of that, except the "blatant ignorance" part but I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. And that's ok. (= And sorry, Kyle- I won't post anymore "debates" on your comments page.

not a problem at all Autumn, but i mean, c'mon they DO look the same. I'm all for repsect (i'll repsect the office if not the man), but I don't think anyone is free from a chuckle, let alone a silly side by side.

But since it is my page and I can play political when I want, I will point out that Mr. Spirit of Freedom is busy taking away rights left and right.

Respect?? I hope that cruel evil soul-less son of a bitch suffers in hell for the rest of eternity for the things hes done. War, Poverty, and Greed are moral values too.

Incidentally "Under God" and "In God We Trust" have only been around since Joseph McCarthy and republicans started forcing their version of Christianity on all Americans.

Guard your paintbrush closely Kyle.

America's motto is (and has always been): "E Pluribus Unum" which means...out of many, we are one.
