[san francisco, swan lake and the mist] ^{1:36 PM}

Thanks to Derek's Uncle, who is a huge patron of the SF Ballet Company, we drove down into the city last night to see Swan Lake sitting in the 10th row of the War Memorial Opera House. A spectacular view that repeatedly had me thinking things like "why hasn't her tendon snapped?" and "is his thigh going to rip through his tights?" Truly athleticism meets art.

For some sad reason however, during Act III, Scene One I couldn't get ABBA's "Fernando" out of my head.

Edit the entry how? We saw the SF Ballet Company Swan Lake, not the all boy one (tho my interest is up for that)

Thick, mocking fog is more accurate...

Have you ever noticed that there's this lump of cloud only over SF, while anything outside it is, well, sunny?
