[the urge to merge, 2] 4:54 PM

So Disney is buying Pixar for $7.4 billion. You could entitle the article "Damn Chicken Little was crap," but regardless its perhaps the best acquisition the studio has ever made (since, y'know, they had the Muppets then had no fucking clue what to do with them).

Hopefully this means the end of all things tainted by Eisner, and having John Lasseter as chief creative officer for the company's combined animated studios ... well, its about as close as we'll ever get to having Martin Sheen's Bartlet in the White House.

What are you talking about? I just saw the muppets on a high end Disney t-shirt at Saks for the upcoming spring collection for $80.

I see your Saks muppet t-shirts and raise you the horrendous Muppets Wizard of Oz.

I've basically been doing nothing to speak of. Pretty much nothing exciting happening. I haven't been up to anything lately. My life's been really bland these days, but it's not important. Not much on my mind today.
I feel like a fog, not that it matters. I've pretty much been doing nothing , but eh. Today was a loss. I haven't gotten much done for a while.
