playing onesself hardly makes one a genius. Posted by: micky at December 14, 2005 7:37 PMPhilip Seymour Hoffman is going to beat Heath Leger (im not saying he should...i just think he will). I think Michelle Williams has a shot at Supporting Actress. and i wanna know how the fuck Patricia Arquette and Kyra Sedgwick got nominated and Evangeline Lilly didnt. i hope you're right about Mary Louise parker... miniseries or movie will prolly go to Empire Falls but i think it should go to Sleeper Cell. "their eyes were watching god" should have been given the alternative title "their eyes were watching something on another network" And that Matthew Fox and Naveen Andrews were the only acting noms for LOST is...oh whats that word conservative wanks like to use...oh yea...is an abomination. ill shut up now. Posted by: matt at December 14, 2005 11:46 PMYou're completely wrong on both Supporting Movie categories. And Maria wouldn't have won it if she'd moved here either, she's lucky she slipped in the less competitive Best Actress (Drama) race. Expect Michelle Williams or Scarlett Johansson (Match Point - which you haven't seen yet) and Clooney or Hoskins. For Best Actress look for Dench in a not-so surprising surprise. Others aren't far off though . Imagine what knowledge you'll have when you're 30. :) Posted by: Greg at December 15, 2005 5:02 AMdear gregory, you keep reading my website thinking that i'm trying to be a crystal ball.
