[beneath] 8:02 PM

Long story short, today I found myself underneath a house helping to install a water line. While Boy was upstairs fidgeting with leaky copper piping and refrigerators, I lay quietly in the dirt with the flashlight. He kept asking me if I was okay, and that he was sorry it was taking so long. I was fine with it...sure it was tight, but it was also dark, and therefore easy to play "Batcave."

As I crawled out, covered in pebbles and sand, he apologized, to which I replied, "Hey, I'm a boy. I like dirt." It's true. Boy liked the dirt on me too.

It's also true that right after I said that I went into the office and flipped to the Cosmo Quiz.

I am multifaceted.






(and apparently I go for the 'boy next-door' type.)
