[thankful] 6:56 PM

The following things have happened recently:

- I've been sent emails regarding the XY NiteSpot (aka "Hell")
- I've read this
- I've had a friend in tears talking about loneliness

And all I can think to myself is how happy I am to have to have my Boy. How happy I am to cook dinners together, laugh, and mix our laundry together on a sunday afternoon.

As I bemoan and panic about my lack of consistent income, and worry about projects coming to fruition, all I can think about is how lucky I am and how you never know what's coming around the corner.

Amen to that!!

The world is an easier place to navigate when you have someone you love and trust implicitly by your side... knowing that someone else always has your back, will be waiting for you when you come home, and is selflessly willing to help you shoulder your sorrows / successes / mundane daily chores / huge life plans... it makes everything else seem so insignificant and peripheral.

I'm happy for you-- sounds like everything is moving in the right direction. ;)
