$5 says some kid in new england found an old spell book and has been rambling off incantations he doesn't understand.
Back when Rita was a category 4 my parents were staying put. We will be calling them tomorrow to see if that's still the plan.
i work in the US departures of the airport and have spoken to quite a few americans.... interesting how while waiting in line to pay for their purchases at the x'mas store, all strangers (customers and sales person alike) are able to join in on the topic of the hurricanes striking the states. guess it really takes a diaster to band people together. yes?

And, while I would wish for the storm to not hit land at all, I hope it spares all those who are close to you. When I spoke to Megan yesterday it sounded like she was waiting and watching...that worried me.
