my body is currently punishing me for injesting poorly mixed tequila, so while I drink lots of water and bemoan my drink choice...
1/ What is your current living arrangement?
Jus' me in my surprisingly square studio. No pets. No hookers.
2/ What artwork do you have on the walls?
A bunch of my paintings that have nowhere else to go, a Muppets poster. A Lost poster. A Jack & Bobby bus poster. Sketches. Craig Thompson's MoCCA poster, and a Scissor Sisters "locker poster" that came with the dvd. It gives my sink some razzle-dazzle.
3/ Does it inspire you, or is it merely for decoration?
I just listed a lot of stuff, I'm sure some of it has some sort of effect on me...
4/ What color are your walls?
White.
5/ Describe your bedding…
Maroon and tan on a queen sized bed. Striped. Altho the bedspread is reversible, so it could just be maroon. My sheets, at the moment, are white. I also have a really fun Batman pillow on my bed from Drew Z and Julio. It perfectly props up my noggin when I read in bed.
6/ Name the first five things beside your bed?
Alarm clock, stack of Sarah Vowell books, stack of comics, a picture of Safer and I, and a Mickey Mouse statue I got when I was 12.
7/ How do you wake up in the morning?
Sometimes I wake up in the mornings. Sometimes the afternoons. The snooze button is always involved.
8/ What kind of music do you listen to when you clean?
Europop. Sophie. Robbie. Kylie. Technically she's Australian, but whatever.
9/ Any quirky habits about your ‘space’?
It refuses to clean itself. I keep having to do all the work. I also hate having open drawers and cabinets. Everything shut, please!
10/ What is your usual sleeping position?
On my stomache/side, one arm under the pillow, one above.

how on earth did we manage to be roommates for almost 3 years when my major quirk is liking every cabinet and door in the house slightly cracked? I'll be the first to agree that wanting every door open is far stranger than needing every door to be closed though.
but it is also very likely that you didn't even know you had to have every door and cabinet shut until you had to share a kitchen with some freak who didn't.

Its funny how you can sense a person quite quickly through what they write. we all create a "discourse" of who and what we want to be seen to be. It strikes me that your discourse is closer to the real you than most peoples - particularily most people who write these things. Its a good quality - makes you sound a bit fragile, but i guess thats more of a strength than a weakness. Anyway enough psychobabble - keep it up.
