[pay no attention to the man behind the curtain] 2:09 AM

I rewatched Wizard of Oz tonight, and was kind of blown away by it. Now I've seen this movie over 100 times (literally, I'm sure) over the past 24 years, but man does it hold up on all fronts. The art direction alone can knock you on your ass, it's pure art deco magic.

Dude! In the Haunted Woods Tin Man keeps his axe, the Lion gets a mallet and a net, and the Scarecrow gets a gun! How have I missed that all these years?!

Have you ever watched it to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon? It's pretty trippy.

yeah, a bunch of us watched it a few years back when AMC aired it. Is also works with a Cake album.
