[Live! From Hogwarts!] 8:10 PM

Apparently Harry Potter is following in the footsteps of Britney, Cher, and Madonna by going on disco-rock tour.

Speaking of disco-rock, in preparation for the Tarantino-directed CSI season finale I've starting watching some reruns on SpikeTV to get myself up to speed as to what the show is exactly. Maybe it's just because it's set in Vegas, but the forensics lab is pretty damn cool with all that neon. You can tell the LVPD really likes keeping their people comfortable as they examine rotting tissue, godblessum.

Just looked up some CSI info — apparently the season finale this year is 2 hours (apparently is the super-duper status quo for season finales this year), written and directed by Tarantino, entitled "Grave Danger." I can see the Wedding Chapel now...

Can I mention how much I loved the SVU/Trial by Jury crossover? Of course I can, it's my blog. I loved it — I know it's not right saying it, but I loved watching Alexandra Cabbot Casey Novak get beaten down. Most shows always tease around sweeps, "big events" and whatnot, but the leads on the Law & Orders are usually so safe that it's fun to see them in jeopardy. Plus you don't go wrong with Angela Landsbury playing a well-to-do delusional mother of Alfred Molina.

Speaking of Alfred Molina, I reawatched SpiderMan 2 the other day. It's still awesome and the train scene still makes me cry, because I am a sappy geek.

Geek: The recent issue of Entertainment Weekly with the Lost boys on the cover? 815. The Flight number of the crashed plane on the show? 815.

I cried at that scene too! I said it was due to the humanity. My sister still laughs at me.

Silly Kyle, it wasn't Alexandra Cabbot...she's in the witness protection program hiding from Irish mafia member, remember? :P This was Cassie Novack, who gave quite the performance in relief at realizing she hadn't been raped. And they gave her a cane...whack!
