I love this painting, wish i could afford it!

From the looks of things, if that is indeed the Empire State Building, this poor boy is taking a spire in the rear. Now, granted, considering your persuasion, you probably knew that and thought it "hot," but the idea of an enormous, bristled radio antenna up my ass is less than pleasant. Although, some may feel differently.

or you just infer:

A. He ripped it off and plunged into the masses below
B. it's simply BEHIND him.

What do you use to apply the paper to the painted canvas? Some sort of adhesive, I presume, but which one?

it's an acrylic glaze that I coat both sides with, thus sealing him in foreverandever.

Neat! When I did it, I used rubber cement... it was so much fun to play with. You just smear it all over both sides, then let them dry. Then you press and seal. The cool part is, once you've got the seal you want, you can rub off the excess cement to no damage to your piece. It's SO much fun... try it.

The Bonus to glazing: splattered paint can be easily wiped away. And wine. Because, y'know...
