[9 things] ^{4:42 PM}

1. Tonight I pick up Johnny Law from the airport. So. Excited.

2. I love when bands include 3 b-sides onto singles (see: Garbage's "Why Do You Love Me?" single)

3. Is it a good sign when you work your ass off and the meeting lasts 8 minutes? That's good, right?

4. As of today, just now, everything is in the mail. Including my taxes. This means all prints, paintings, etc. are now travelling the globe (and I do mean globe). It seems that larger packages traversing the US (California to _________) take forever, so I ask you to please be patient, and know that everything is insured.

5. I love the boys at my UPS Store. They're all skater twenty-somethings who've taken to cutting the legs off their work slacks and making cool lil skater-pants. I also love that everytime I bring a painting in there Travis, who is from Ohio (we're chatty), tells me I should make a comic book. "It's coming," I tell him, "it's coming."

6. Insomnia totally blows.

7. God help me, I actually purchased and enoyed an Avengers issue.

8. It seems that everytime I'm in the parking garage of the Sunset 5 I have a celebrity sighting. Today I'm fairly certain I saw Jamie Lee Curtis in a white Range Rover. Also, in the elevator was a 50-something man in a leather biker jacket with a giant parrot on his shoulder.

9. Watch this and this. Hooray for lots of money and a sense of humor.
