[when we walked in, O-Town was playing] ^{5:44 PM}

My zipcode is 90046. Apparently, I can write my address as Los Angeles, Hollywood, or West Hollywood, CA. Technically West Hollywood is also 90069 (which makes me do a juvinile snicker).

First I was in DC straddling two states, and now here I am having a menage a trois with cities.

Last night was going to be my quiet night in of painting, but alas, Mary Kate called. We snagged dinner at the Kitchen, then drove around downtown and silver lake with the windows down blaring music and talking, as we do, about boys. Then this kid Robert called, who we'd mutually run across on MySpace, and asked us if we were going out.

Yet again, thursdays turn to debauchery.

We wound up at Tigerheat, which was by far one of the most amusing experiences of my entire life. It's an 18 and up dance night at Arena, I'd heard fabled tales about it (none of them particularly speaking highly of it). Tigerheat is like the most fucked-up mutated prom ever. I guess if you like 'em young it's heaven, but if you prefer them older (as I do), then your best bet is to go upstairs (21 and up!) and look down upon the deleted scene from She's All That and laugh.

They were SO. CUTE. They would cheer when a song would come on, and sing along, and dance like idiots. There's something to be said for a throng of twinks convulsing and singing loudly to Mr. Brightside and I Believe in You. For a moment I almost thought they had an innocence about them, until MK reminded me of what 18 was like ...

We ran into MK's old roommate who was really nice, and he is much better looking in person.

We had joked after desert at Kitchen that it would be impossible to get drunk with our stomaches so full. 6 drinks and 3 shots really shot down that theory.
