Last night was my fourth Scissor Sisters show, and by far the biggest. It was held in the Wiltern, which has to be one of the most beautiful venues I've been in, with a crowd easily pushing 2,000. 10 of those 2,000 were myself, Paul, Ben, Stewart, Greg, Drew, Jerry, Luke, Drew Z and Jimmy.
During "Comfortably Numb" all the lights went white and the mirroballs spun. It was like rock and roll heaven.
Sunday night at the Warfield was my third time seeing them. When the lights went out and the mirror balls dropped I squealed like a 6 y.o. girl getting the Malibu Barbie Dream House she'd always wanted. It was a great show and they keep getting better. Now if we couls get the rest of the boys in the band to wear as little as Jake does than the shows would be perfect.
