Last night I made my way up the block (literally) to the Falcon (which I never knew was there) for Miss Coral's birthday party.

I got there early, and did my most favorite thing in the world, which is wait alone at the bar with hot people ignoring me (Seriously, it rules), and then everyone arrived and the night began to get fun. I've never seen so many drag queens get so excited before.

Going to Beige (the name of the night) at Falcon is like falling into a Shag painting, or finding yourself in a jet-set ski lodge from the 1940's that never really existed.

Don't get me wrong, I really liked the party, I love Coral and Melissa, and I met some nice people. I'm just painfully aware that I'm not a hipster.

it was really cute, she clutched it most of the evening, and showed it around to people, which was nice, and at times awkward. I sort of feared for it's safety in the land of boozey peoples...

How do you weave yourself into such a weird circle so soon into moving to L.A.? :-) Wow, partying Melissa and Coral! Aren't they a rather selective crowd? I bet they're so cute.
