• Running short on time to see Toby's short, Paul and I take a "short cut" that has us running through deep snow and ducking tree limbs. A highlight of the trip.
• John came home completely buzzed after a private concert with Ben Gibbard. I'm buzzed from a very theraputic week. We talk about music, art, life, and his fucking awesome friends, some of whom are my fucking awesome friends. Such an amazing group of people I've stumbled into, and I'm not at all limiting that to Sundance people. I'm flucky (aka fucking lucky)
you should check out this book i have called California: A Sketchbook by Elisha Cooper...I think you'd really like it.

also, your illustrated journal is delightful. it totally reminds me of the log book we kept on our trip to vancouver (many moons ago)...still hilarious in retro-read, btw.
