I became aware today that some people don't really know that I don't have any internet at the moment, or my computer. I update from chez sopocy at the moment, however a quick call to comcast (post holiday weekend) may prove to have me up and running cable/internet soon.
Things in LA couldn't be better. Our love continues to grow. I spent New Year's at a very odd party in the Hollywood Hills, it's very rainy, and Target continues to steal money from me, but I'm getting things scratched off my list.
I had dinner with Jerry and Drew last night (too lazy to type link code, sorry boys), which was great, swung by Greg's pad and nabbed a kitchen table, and spent part of today with Paul in Little Tokyo looking at some of the more adorable packaging of odd food products known to man. We bought "Matthew's Best Soda Ever," which actually tastes like soap.
Today I went with Jimmy and Luke to see A Very Long Engagement, which is a very long movie. Probably best seen in chunks (much like reading the book). It doesn't flow amazingly well, but when it has it's moments, it really has them.
Tomorrow I plan to take advantage of people being at work so as to run MORE errands...

And yes, I AM right by the Jim Henson Studios. I squeal inside everytime I think about it.

You are also missed around here, despite only the one sighting. You made an impression and you are miss'ed. Say hullo to LA, and Jen says right here & now we're coming to see you. She's drunk, but an avid traveller, so who knows how this will play out. Happy new year, brother. Warm hugs and hot chocolate.
