I fucking love lunching with John and Chris. Where else can you get such memorable nuggets as:

CHRIS: He's just a lazy catcher.
ME: What, meaning he just lays there?
CHRIS: Oh. No. Meaning he wouldn't go out of his way to get a ball. I was using an actual baseball metaphor.

i think the lazy catcher was too busy trying to get to homeplate to notice anyone else doing anything :-p
