[off] 2:24 PM

In my dream last night, I was somehow in a production of Rent playing the part of "Mark," and I knew none of my lines. I spent most of the production reading from the script and refused to go out for the curtain call. Of course I knew the lyrics to the songs, but I wound up singing every part.

Eventually I coaxed Mandy Moore to be the first woman to play "Mark" using Mary Martin's "Peter Pan" as an example of successful theatre gender switches.

I've been off all day, starting with my dream performance as Mark, and just now my late arrival to class. I was sure it started at 2 today. So sure. But no, it started at 12 and gets out at 2.

The ol' noggin's getting a bit fried.

Funny my dreams are usually about getting to class late, when an exam was being given. And I haven't been in school for ten years. :-P

It's all-'round goodness.

I am going to see "Closer" tonight (on a date! Whee!), and I am keeping my ears open for it.

I'm also pretty excited about seeing my boyfriend (Jude Law) tonight as well.

For some reason a glaze passes over people's faces when you say
