[my apologies to Ian Falconer] 10:02 PM

For the portfolio show we have to have a "leave behind," something unique that business peoples can take home with them after the show besides a resume and business card. The most cliche example of this practice is getting empty medicine bottles and filling them with Skittles/M&Ms and printing your information as a label. I find this idea to be stupid, and a creepy reminder of America's pill-popping culture.

My LB is a take off on the See Spot Run books. Clocking in at 8 pages, here is:

Lovely, dear and very imaginative....I love it as artists should be creative in their art. And you have that wonderful simplistic style that I love. Its honest and its wonderful. Great job and everything will go fine. Wish i had the same opportunity. But now, is your time to shine. Dream out loud.
